Now for the stupid noob question how do I run them? I think I probably need an emulator (?), but I don't know where to find one or how to use it. To that end, I have downloaded numerous translations of previously untranslated games and a few ROMhacks based on some of my favorite games. So, while I do have a few ROMhacks in the planning stage, my primary reason for being here is as a gamer who loves to play. Plus, the information may be useful to others who are new to the world of ROMs, ROMhacks, and fan translations, so I decided to go ahead and post my question anyway. I apologize if such a page still exists, or if there is already a topic about it, but (as I said) I am unable to locate it. I'm also fairly certain I once saw a page covering it on here, but I can't find it now.
Okay, I'm absolutely certain this is a total noob question.
